Yeah writing is cathartic to the person to whom words are the way his sentient existence is expressed, first. But then on here I see people say oh hey i received 200 subscribers or 20 and therefore writing saved my life. That’s terrible. For one the conviction that bullet point aided, subtitle enriched, self help guise wearing, vulnerability aura farming paragraphs after paragraphs are what flows out of these people is a obviously nonsense. But the hopelessness they actually wear as a crown when they think approval is suddenly what keeps them going in life - oh boy. Do not get me wrong. The next article they write is how approval does not matter, and that you do not need permission and fuck what people think, you do you. Then they follow that up with ‘Oh wow that got me 25 more subscribers or 250.’ If this sounds like hate speech oh I must have hit a nerve. I am not sorry. Please see a neurologist and if they are famous on social media they will feel sorry for you and side with your tremendously significant place in time and space. If it’s a good neurologist they will ask you to not waste their time and see a therapist who would make space for your whining and dining if it makes them money.

Okay. So if I am stating that humans are only always flawed and so they cannot be faulted (but they need to choke on truth, boy oh boy, do they need to), you would think what to make of it then. The revolution against the new age capitalists, when, why, how, what, where - does it start? There is no place for revolution if there is so much comfort you take from being slaves to the algorithmic existence you comply by.

Consider a man living under the rock. I often do that, either because life gifted me rock bottom or I felt the only quiet I can find in a world screaming over each other for flattering recognition. So when you come from under the rock and see the world, everyone seems to be having such a blast. You don’t immediately doubt it. You give them power because oh the following and the approval seems to speak it. But then I seek to learn, I try to understand and study and what do I see. I see through. There is not even a single layer. Hell the cliche of all of it only being a mask would have been better but there is not even mask. There is just regurgitated words and phrases attuned or enhanced for attention seeking.

I will cut short the use case. But if you feel empty, if you actually worry about the declining mental health of people, if you wonder how the race for a social standing is all actually working out. You are being eaten alive in your 12 hour or more intense labor and obsession over creating a social standing that somehow has convinced you, that it would trump over everything.

A conversation I had with my partner surprised me though. It was the same subject in discussion. She put forward to me her standing. She with absolute conviction believed she cannot care less about social standing but she absolutely cares about the money it brings and the things she can do with that money. Something about that argument made me pause. I had to take out the bias from it. I also will not take it even at face value if someone is to say that is the same for everyone, no it is not. I am unbelievably clear that the majority in the consumerist world drools at the possibility of drowning in clout and money comes because they are drowned in it so they enjoy that too.

But is it money, is it the possibility of accumulating wealth that people are striving so hard to accomplish?

Before I follow that train of thought, I have to however consider the reality that this changes nothing. The true capitalists are the human desire that can be capitalized by the systemic constructs, that on paper and according to its creators, offers a land of equal opportunities through accessibility and networking. You can study the snippets logged, recorded or shared by the richest human and derive patterns from it that may indicate a possible way for you to do it too. But it is only snippets. Dots you are given and asked to connect. The image that you get at the end of the dots even if not entirely gratifying or same as the rich human, gives you two options - satisfy yourself with it or blame yourself for not doing more.

What does not happen is you realizing - ‘wait did i just slave to a structure laid out to me so much so that what I wanted to be was also what someone else already was.’

The social system favors from this? Economy favors from this? People are happy with this? There is peace and harmony owing from this system?

So if wealth is the objective of subscribing to this reality and you could not give two shits about putting up the gaudy frontage that people appease to and however that feels - that sounds at best like super computer playing chess. Grandmasters of chess are losing to such supreme engines. I get it. Such supreme engines might win most of the time but that presents an extraordinary question.

Why does the wolf wear the skin of sheep to get into the specific farm where the shepherd is so rich that it feeds the sheep the best food and the best supplements and had air-conditioning in the sheep pen?

I mean I can answer that question in a way. If the ecosystem for a non sheep is so challenged that it is even at danger of extinction, what else would the wolf do?

Blessed are the ones who can wear sheep skin and pull it off.

I terribly fail at it, get laughed at for it and sometimes get shot but the sheep gun just can’t seem to kill me, so here I am.
